In the cuisine of the Castello Antico Hotel, all the aromas and flavors of the wild nature of Mani gathered, highlighting the special flavors of the Mediterranean diet. The olive oil and olives from our estate, the herbs from our garden, fresh vegetables and the selected meat & seafood are the raw material for our genuine Mediterranean flavors. Our menu is accompanied by a wine list with local varieties of the Laconian & Peloponnesian vineyard.
